We offer flexible work options, allowing you to choose between 10 to 30 hours per week, depending on your availability. Our focus is on providing exceptional care to our aged care clients, enabling them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Currently, we provide services in various regions, including Central Coast, Newcastle, Maitland, Byron/Ballina, Tween Region (NSW and QLD), Gold Coast, Logan and surrounding areas, South Brisbane, and the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

At Homecare Australia, we operate on a flexible workforce model. This means we work with your schedule and match you with clients and services that suit your availability. We prioritize the smooth transition into service delivery by carefully matching the client with the most suitable care worker. With our user-friendly app, you'll have access to full client details and your personalized roster.

To succeed in joining our team, you'll need the following credentials:

- A passion for caring for older Australians
- Minimum 12 months of experience in caring for older Australians
- Current Federal Police check
- Current First Aid certificate
- Certificate III in a community service environment or Certificate III in aged care or disability
- Comprehensive insurance on your car
- Driver's license
- Valid work visa if you are from overseas

**Salary**: $38.08 per hour
