As the** Visual Merchandising Coordinator,** you bring the Dan Murphy’s brand to life in store to drive exceptional customer experience, improved navigation, confidence in aisle and reinforce our discovery and value propositions.

Working closely with your team and the wider marketing network, you will build strong relationships across the Dan' business and our creative & print agency partners to ensure the successful delivery of all value and trade campaigns as well as My Dan’s activations with a strong focus on best-in-class visual merchandising principles. You will also be responsible for executing our VM compliance program, ensuring we have the right training, guidelines & processes in place to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Lead all in store POS and fixture solutions (ex campaign), including briefing creative & print agencies, trialing and developing concepts/ mock ups for best results, ensuring on time delivery to stores and preparation of all store facing comms packs.
- Coordination of digital and booked programs in store such as MixIn retail media, Music, Cartology schedules, bookings and supplier activations.
- With support from Visual Merchandising Manager, lead various VM compliance projects.
- Conduct regular store visits across Australia.
- With support of Visual Merchandising Manager, create world class POS & VM principles ensuring brand guidelines are met throughout all store touchpoints.
- Represent VM and Sustainability by providing continual feedback and communications to the Planet Squad for various projects; ensuring that all sustainability benchmarks are proposed and met.
- Working closely with the Loyalty, Operations & Merchandise teams, you will support and lead the delivery of My Dan’s in store member offer promotions, aligned with the overarching strategy and framework.
- Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Endeavour Group to execute ad hoc brand and service related projects including COVIDSafe plans, natural disaster relief programs and other service related comms.
- Administration tasks including invoicing and updating budget tracker for value & trade VM POS activity.
- Forge collaborative working relationships with key departments; including the broader Marketing department, Operations, State Managers and Merchandiser team.
- Role model the Dan Murphy’s Values and Ways of Working
- Work flexibly and work cross functionally with the broader marketing team to support execution of initiatives outside your core role, when required
- Continuously leverage data & insights to drive customer-first solutions
- Shop the competition and research trends to ensure that Dan Murphy’s is the destination for visual impact.

**Qualifications**
Now let’s talk about you:

- Retail experience on the shop floor & experience with Visual Merchandising.
- Minimum of 2 years working in dedicated Marketing & Visual Merchandising environment.
- Knowledgeable and confident in the world of Liquor, ideally wine.
- Proven ability to execute end to end campaign for POS.
- Tertiary qualifications in visual merchandising preferred.
