**The opportunity**:
The Merchandise Coordinator will assist the Reebok Merchandise team in maintaining exhilarating product and experiences for our valued customers. This role reports to the Reebok Head of Merchandise and is responsible for supporting the merchandising function with product set up and system maintenance, creation of Go-to-Market tool kits and showroom and sample management.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain, and manage showrooms and manage samples life cycle
- Set up product and ranges in AP21 system seasonally and follow through to ensure all data required is updated
- Supporting the Reebok merchandising team with day-to-day execution
- Supporting the Category Management team through their seasonal ‘Go-to-Market’ process, including creating an end-to-end calendar, managing the distributions of sample sets/selections, and maintaining line lists
- Assisting with ‘Go-to-Market’ content creation and seasonal sell-in tools
- Building range catalogs and assisting with general category life cycle
- Assisting with market research to identify product needs and opportunities
- Providing ad-hoc support as required within the merchandising function

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Previous product merchandising/buyers assistant experience highly regarded but not essential.
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Fashion desirable.
- Experience with AP21 ERP system highly desirable.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Keen ability to work with data.
- Meticulously organised, focused on attention to detail and problem solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, research and presentation skills
