Gym Supervisor

We are looking for a Gym Supervisor to join their team for up to 12+ months. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire and contribute to the team. This is a high profile community facility that provides state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, café and crèche facilities.

**The Role**

This amazing opportunity is on offer as a contract or casual position, 25 - 38 hours per week, where you will have the chance to stamp your personal flair on this role. Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising, training and motivating staff to deliver awesome customer service
- Develop and foster a club culture amongst patrons and promote other fitness and recreation activities within The ARC Campbelltown.
- Assist in developing and implementing specific fitness programs and membership retention and marketing strategies
- Assist in recruitment interviews of staff
- Assist in monitoring the annual budget including income and expense lines.
- Complete monthly management reporting

Qualifications required to be considered for this role:

- Minimum Cert IV In Fitness or equivalent
- A current National Police Clearance
- Working with Children check
- Child Safe Environments Training
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Registration with Fitness Australia (desirable)
- Registration with Fitness Australia (or willing to obtain)
