About the role
Reporting to the Patient Services Manager, the patient Services Supervisor is responsible for the provision of an efficient administrative service across all Patient Services areas. The Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the administration staff on all clerical duties, quality activities and customer service. This includes the coordination of workloads, promotion of teamwork and delegating as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Staff training, development and rostering

Ensure efficient and effective workflow processes are established and maintained to meet key performance indicators

Supervise the patient services team including developing and maintaining a positive culture

Relieve in the patient administration manager role as/when required

Communicate expectations clearly and concisely, demonstrating a professional and positive attitude at all times

What will you bring

Experience in supervising and leading teams in a healthcare environment

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders

Experience and knowledge of private health funds
