Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business accounts, promoting our products and services, and fostering partnerships within the Architectural and Design community in the Canberra market.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation and Account Management:
Drive revenue growth by delivering complete solutions to meet customer needs.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team targets.

Proactively identify and generate project opportunities in alignment with pipeline specification targets.

Provide solution-based selling by leveraging product and technical knowledge and understanding design documentation.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts at all levels.

Sales and Business Development:
Utilize your proven sales track record to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with a focus on achieving results.

Collaborate with the wider organization and work autonomously to achieve sales objectives.

Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail across product, technical, and design information.

Utilize outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and successfully close deals.

Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of driving revenue, pipeline management, and meeting sales targets.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process within the Architectural and Design channel.

Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and achieving results.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organization.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail across product, technical, and design information.

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Remuneration and Benefits:
**Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.**

**Superannuation contribution.**

**Car allowance of $15,000 per annum.**

**Uncapped commissions, with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $130,000.**
