**Your role**

In this role and as the System Administrator for the IDS Project Management system and you will be responsible for developing and maintaining current and accurate reports to provide Management views of the Project data as required to meet PMO and Governance requirements.

**What you'll do**

As a System Administrator you will:

- Develop new and maintain current management Reports from the Project Management tool to provide Management views of the Project data as required meet PMO and Governance requirements
- Manage project data integrity across the FY24 IDS Portfolio to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Liaise with Program and Project leads to ensure that their project data is current and accurate and that they comply with Reporting requirements
- Assist with undertaking Project Assurance checks against specified criteria and producing an Assurance report based upon the findings
- Provide advice on Project, Program and Portfolio Delivery to ensure stakeholders are kept informed and briefed on any issues
- Implement education and communication strategies to support the furtherment of ICT PMO practices within IDS
- Provide recommendations and escalations regarding active projects and programs to the IDS PMO Manager
- Liaise with other parts of DCJ on Smartsheet data sharing and access arrangements that have been authorised by the IDS PMO Manager

**What we're looking for**

An experienced PMO Analyst Reporting who is motivated by outcomes and building strong relationships. To be considered for this role, your background and experience must meet the following criteria:

- Experience in strategic and innovative project management and an excellent understanding of project methodologies, processes, tools, and procedures
- Knowledge of PPM tools (Smartsheet or similar)
- Knowledge and experience of developing Dashboards using Tableau or similar.
- High level of commitment and a can-do attitude and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
