We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our high performing Out of Home HORECA Sales team in Sydney.

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced B2B HORECA Key Account Manager who**:
Will drive acquisition, as well as initiate, develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various functions & channels within the hospitality channel to drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include;
- Delivering coffee & machine sales targets and driving positive market contribution to the overall Nespresso B2B OOH channel
- Performing analysis of key account business potential within the NSW/ACT market
- Acquiring through understanding the customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously improving solutions that meet their overall business objectives
- Developing and sustaining long term HQ relationships with key internal & external stakeholders within the HORECA channel
- Monitoring and reporting all competitive activities and proactively develop countermeasures
- Driving Nespresso's Sustainability Initiatives
- Steering the local implementation of Nespresso’s overall HORECA channel plan
- Ensuring monthly reports are completed
- Negotiating commercial agreements with new & existing HORECA customers
