**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Treasury**:oversee all treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and optimizing loan balances. Ensure effective cash forecasting and fund utilization. This includes managing/ executing cash transactions (such as debt draw downs, repayments etc) and management of bank guarantees.
- ** Cash Forecasting**:Develop and maintain operational cash forecasts to optimize loan balances and ensure adequate liquidity. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- ** Debt covenants**: prepare debt covenant calculations as required to meet our compliance obligations and liaise with auditors for review/ sign off.
- ** Financial reporting**:performing relevant calculations, journals, financial instruments disclosures and ad hoc reporting as necessary.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and auditors. Ensure transparent and effective communication of financial performance and strategies.
- ** Process Optimization and Systems Improvement**: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and systems improvement within the finance function. Leverage technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial processes.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA, CA) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with experience in cash management and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the media or advertising industry is a plus.
- NetSuite experience favourable.
