**The Team**

The National TA (Talent Acquisition) Team is responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional talent into CCEP (Coca Cola Europacific Partners). As first point of contact for all potential employees, this team also represents our global brand.

**The Opportunity**

**Key Accountabilities Include**:
In this role, you will partner closely with the People Services team, our P&C centers of excellence and P&C Partners nationally to support the broader business. The key to success in this role is the ability to manage and influence business and P&C stakeholders, and effectively communicate key information to the broader P&C community and the business.
- Lead, motivate and development the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure quality and timely outcomes in line with the business strategy
- Create a National Talent Acquisition strategy in line with that of the business and the P&C community to ensure the best commercial outcomes across senior, corporate, and volume/frontline recruitment
- Tracking and analysing key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on datadriven insights
- Socialise with the Global TA Lead community to gain knowledge of other systems and processes that might benefit the local Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Partner with external vendors, legal and procurement in line with the needs of the business and the OD budget
- Use your external network to keep ahead of markets trends, best practices, and external vendors to assist the realisation of the National TA strategy
- Partner with CCEP Global Mobility to enable global movement within the CCCEP Global system
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment of ALT roles in partnership with the P&C Director
- Creating and managing key external recruitment agency relationships
- Experience in working with BPT (Business Process & Technology) Project Teams to implement new systems and ensure consistency of work pre and post go-live
- Strong workforce planning skills to ensure the capacity of the Talent Acquisition Team can supply the demands of the business

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in talent acquisition with a proven record of accomplishment in leading a talent acquisition with a customer focus in high-volume, executive, and corporate support roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and create and drive strategic outcomes based on data-driven insights
- Ability to present to senior leaders in a meaningful and impactful way using data, external market knowledge and your experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
- Knowledge of best practices and current trends in talent acquisition and experience with various recruitment techniques and sourcing methods
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a national team based in various states
- A strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion with experience in driving best practice recruitment outcomes
