Administrator Assistant Traineeship

We have an **exciting opportunity** for those looking to complete a **full-time Administration Traineeship** located in our office based in **Parramatta.** We are on the lookout for a motivated, committed and reliable individual, someone who is wanting to gain practical on the job experience, whilst receiving extensive training (and a qualification) in Business.
**What will you be doing?**
You will be supporting our ANP division from a customer support perspective. The duties will include:
- Processing Contracts
- Following up on Cancellations
- Administration duties
You will be required to work in our office, located in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements when you have been trained. This is a **full-time** traineeship commitment**, 38 hours a week** with **NO weekend work**
You may already have some experience in business, or just interested in learning and developing your skills. Hopefully you will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and time management skills and strong computer skills, with an intermediate level of skills using Microsoft products. If you are enthusiastic, love working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, then we would like you to get in touch
If you are successful, we will require you to undertake a **Police Check &** obtain a **Working with Children check**.
