ING, Australia’s most recommended bank is looking for 2 team members as **Operations Officer - Daily Banking** to join our ING Customer Operations team. You’ll have recent clerical and customer service experience preferably in the back office environment of the banking sector with effective coordination and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills who can confidently liaise with all stakeholders.

**We have 1 permanent and 1 x 12-months fixed term contract role available**

We look for people to join our growing business who are honest, prudent and act responsibly because they play an integral role across Customer Operations.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Providing outstanding customer service to ING Customers, Credit Assessors and Brokers
- Upholding ING’s service delivery guidelines ensuring that all Customer operation processing is complete and processed within the agreed timeframes as well as quality requirements
- Assisting ING Credit Assessors in the finalisation of approvals when all outstanding conditions and requirements have been met in accordance with bank policy and procedure
- Completing Customer identity verification (KYC) in line with ING’s Customer Identification Program (CIP)
- Providing clerical assistance and effectively completes administrative tasks

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Effective telephone and customer service skills with a strong customer and delivery focus
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - banking experience would be seen as highly advantageous however not essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Basic numeracy and data analysis skills
- Effective time management skills and is an active team contributor
