Eilbeck Cranes is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to be part of the Perth manufacturing based in Bassendean. We are seeking a driven, energetic Project Coordinator with the following skills:
Effective people and Communication skills.
Excellent planning & organisational skills
Project coordination skills and knowledge of project management best practices.
Strong customer service focus
In depth information about the project area.
Influence and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Collecting and interpreting data
Reading and understanding technical documentation
Previous experience within the Steel fabrication industry would be an advantage
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Source & procure components, materials & processes to lower procurement costs.

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
