**_What's the Role:_**

The Condition Monitoring Coordinator, will be a key part of looking at mine site-based inspections, condition monitoring reporting to the customer, NDT Ultrasonic testing of wear materials, and preparing and maintaining performance knowledge to support Bradken and our customers.

As a Condition Monitoring Coordinator, you will provide site services in particular condition monitoring reports to the client. Providing support to sales, and engineering to capture performance information of all Fixed Plant products (Bradken and competitors) under the direction of the Engineering Solutions Manager - Fixed Plant.

This position will have an opportunity for collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be across all facets of our products in a project lifecycle, engaging team members in effective problem-solving via collaboration, identifying opportunities, and escalating issues appropriately.

This is an entry level position to the mining services industry. Previous experience in the industry is not essential. Training will be provided.

**_This position involves visits to mine sites:_**
- Site visits vary in duration; they can last from one to ten days.
- Frequency of site visits also varies, in average there is 6-10 days on site per month.

**_Key Technical Criteria:_**
- Proficiency with computers and general technology is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An Associate Diploma in Engineering is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience or previous exposure to wear materials is desirable, but not essential.
- Previous site experience is preferred but not essential.
