**About the Role**

This role is all about providing support to our frontline staff through the form of coaching, training and completing quality assurance activities. You will also on a needs basis provide flexible and demand driven services for Participants where the support may be required. Reporting to the Manager - Employment Services, you will be based out of our Adelaide Office on Hutt Street, working in a team of other Central staff who are all motivated and passionate about supporting staff to be, and achieve their best for our Participants.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Daily management of a staff enquiries inbox
- Daily monitoring of guidelines and contractual information
- Contributing to drafting/ updating procedures and/ or Work Instructions
- Undertake quality assurance activities such as file audits to assist in identifying staff and/or site-specific gaps and opportunities in service, performance and compliance to policies and procedures.
- Liaise and build relationships with internal MADEC staff in a professional way, ensuring the Central Team is positively represented at all times.
- Facilitate Training sessions which may be in person or via ZOOM/ Teams
- Providing support, advice and practical employment assistance to participants where required.
- Use reporting to identify gaps and/or opportunities in performance or adherence to guidelines and/or MADEC policies and procedures.
- Ensuring KPI’s relating to reporting, documentation, evaluation performance are completed and achieved within the required timeframes
- Maintaining and updating information systems, including participant files
