**What’s the job?**

Reporting to Director, Digital Product, this role is responsible for leading and contributing to the strategy, delivery and execution of work class services & platforms that enhance our Digital product offerings, resulting in increased engagement and functionality for our consumers, clients & audiences

The Head of Network Services role will lead the teams responsible for the management & delivery of product services for various brands across all digital platforms to grow audience, customer engagement, ad revenue and build out new commercial opportunities.

As a key member of the Digital Product leadership team, the role will work closely with senior leadership and operational stakeholders in editorial, sales, marketing, UX, Design, SEO, digital infrastructure and brand to prioritise digital product services that maximise consumer and client satisfaction across the various brands. These services include but are not limited to Subscriptions, newsletters, search, ecommerce, personalisation, text to voice, affiliate content, interactives etc

The role will lead, motivate & empower teams to be able to identify and scope new opportunities to grow and monetise the brands through the delivery of world class services that are contained within our Digital brands

Finally, you’ll be comfortable leading from the front. To succeed, you must have a bias for action, able to break down complex problems into steps that drive high quality business and consumer outcomes at speed

**Who is in your team**
- Selected Digital Product managers responsible for the management of an various array of technology services within our products

**Responsibilities in this role**
- In this position you will be responsible for driving the strategy for each Digital service that exists within our Digital Brands
- You will ensure that the successful delivery, execution and continued optimisation of our Product services deliver best in class engagement and functionality for our consumers, clients & audiences
- Provide leadership & support to maintain product roadmap and transparency of priorities, allowing clear and tangible alignment to product and business outcomes
- Create strategic partnership frameworks with our Vendor partners, ensuring we maximise offerings while managing costs accordingly
- Actively manage the scope and priority for platforms based on business and technology objectives, enabling scalability of services across brands at speed
- Manage the engagement between Network services team members and brand/infrastructure teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of business outcomes
- Lead & manage teams with appropriate focus on culture, career development and sense of belonging for both existing and future team members

**Who are you?**
- Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long time frames - 10+ years in a similar role of a comparable scale
- Data Collection and analysis - You will act as the organisational authority and established expert on analysing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making
- Negotiator - You will act as the organisational authority and established expert to help the organisation by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests
- Project Management experience - Use your expertise to act as the organisational authority on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters
