**Your New Role**

The Learning & Professional Development team is responsible for building the capability of the Fund’s colleagues, through the development and execution of global capability initiatives, to maximise colleague impact in pursuit of achieving the Fund’s strategic objectives.

The **Learning & Development Adviser **is responsible for supporting the delivery of learning initiatives and activities across the Fund. This role will work with all members of the Learning & Professional Development and Talent teams to support them with their program of work which will include administration support.

Please note that this role is a **12-week contract **.
- Key duties include but are not limited to: _
- Create and maintain support documentation for learning and development.
- Manage and respond to tier 1 queries through the Development inbox.
- Effectively use the learning management system (LMS) to monitor, manage and maintain learning and development records.
- Run learning reports for the team and identified business stakeholders e.g. forecasts, metrics of learning and training delivery.
- Collate and analyse feedback themes and effectiveness of the training as required,
- Develop and maintain relevant SharePoint Intranet pages to provide information regarding learning and development, training program information and schedules and other relevant information.
- Assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of learning and development resources and materials.
- Take part in continuous improvement tasks and initiatives to drive a consistent and efficient approach to training coordination, learning and development processes and procedures across the organisation.
- Arrange logistics for learning and development activities, including scheduling, room bookings and invites to participants, facilitators and guest speakers, organise catering, training material, and ensure rooms are set up for training as per facilitator’s request.
- Liaise and negotiate with external vendors, education and training providers to coordinate external training with the providers to implement and administer training requirements. Support the budget process through the support for new statement of works, Purchase Orders and coding of invoices.

**What You’ll Need**
- Experience in the Learning & Development field is highly desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to edit and proof-read.
- Experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities and meeting specified timeframes.
- Ability to interact with colleagues and third-party vendors at all levels.
- Flexible working approach to deliver the best outcomes.
- Ability to work both autonomously and co-operatively with others and contribute in a team environment.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Visio). Experience with Learning Management Systems.
