YOUR ROLE

Based at our Truganina VIC offices (hybrid working), we’re seeking a confident and experienced Property Manager to assist in leasing, sourcing and management of a designated property portfolio within CEVA ANZ.

**Specifically, you’ll**:
Manage day-to-day operations of your property portfolio, including accounting, landlord and business relations, sourcing, maintenance and repair

Conduct regular market research along with supporting agencies to provide commercial advice on portfolio optimisation and for future growth of portfolio

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly reporting and performance of the property portfolio

Work closely with business development / account management teams to support short
- and long-term property requirements

Achieve compliance with all company policies / procedures, HS&E and other legislative requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

**Experience in some or all of**: sourcing new properties, lease management, property negotiations and facilities management for preventive maintenance

Experience or understanding of P&L management and ability to work with business partners to maximise performance

Ability to read, understand and interpret commercial RE contracts, terms and relevant legislation

Strong communication, stakeholder and influencing skills; sound commercial acumen.
