ING Australia are looking for a superstar **Campaign Analyst** **- Real Time** **Communications** to join one of our most engaged and respected cross functional Tribes. The Campaign Analyst - Real Time Communications, is the key to successful marketing, delivering the right message, to the right customer, at the right time through use of automated campaign management technology. The Campaign D Analyst - Real Time Communications, will support the best in class, effective building, executing, and deployment of customer communication strategies across all channels, online and offline, working effectively with key stakeholders and CI Operations team. As a senior member, the position will support strategic solutions to communication problems and influence business, product/program direction to maximise the return on marketing investment. This position is accountable for ensuring that campaigns are targeted to the customers with the highest propensities ensuring greatest take up by leveraging on the most advanced technologies and maximising revenue and ensuring this aligns to the business units’ missions and objectives.

**What you’ll do**
- Proactively look for continuous improvements through greater standardisation, speed, simplicity or automation of Analysis or Campaign processes.
- Drive operational efficiency in the design and development of campaign reporting to improve campaign targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure that data quality is continually reviewed and data gaps addressed promptly.
- Support TM Chapter Lead in strengthening adoption of new technologies and communication enhancements - like real time capabilities, new prioritization mechanisms.
- Support Chapter Lead in building engagement within the team. Take a lead in coaching and training for Campaign Analysts. Facilitate knowledge transfer and up-skilling amongst the team.
- Play a key role in the team providing expert advice on campaign design and digital audience build
- Advise on customer targeting and segmentation to ensure the relevancy of communications to drive high response and conversion rates

**What we’re looking for**
- Excellent knowledge and experience with SQL (write code in SQL)
- A general understanding of Google Cloud Platform
- Unica Campaign and interact experience
- Experience in customer campaign execution, including campaign planning and sizing, list extraction and campaign reporting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Financial services experience (desirable)
