**_What Your Working Day Will Look Like:_**

- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
- **Tax Return Preparation**: Prepare taxation returns for individuals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Develop expertise in handling deceased estate and trust tax returns.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other tax staff to facilitate seamless collaboration and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organised and up-to-date information, worksheets, and other records related to taxation matters.
- **Client and Stakeholder Communication**: Respond to client, staff, and Australian Taxation Office (ATO) queries professionally and promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Correspondence**: Prepare routine tax correspondence to facilitate effective communication with clients and relevant authorities.

**_Requirements to Succeed in This Role:_**

- CPA/CA qualification desirable.
- Education: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in taxation is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks with precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
