**About the role**
Queensland Rail have a new opportunity for an experienced Performance Adviser to join our New Generation Rollingstock Performance and Reporting team based in Brisbane CBD. This position will support the NGR Performance Manager in managing our NGR performance monitoring and new reporting responsibilities with a focus on safety, contractual alignment and each stakeholder’s involvement.

**Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include**
- Monitor daily performance reports to analyse performance and reliability of the NGR fleet
- Identify, recommend and implement strategic initiatives to improve availability and reliability outcomes for the NGR fleet
- Manage the maintenance and improvements to the Performance Event Tracking system and data analysis methodology
- Interface with key stakeholders including internal Operational & Technical SMEs and external Project Co & Alstom representatives
- Support the Daily Performance Meeting and Discrepancies resolution meetings
- Track ongoing issues and work to resolve them as a priority
- Review & verify monthly Performance Report with key stakeholders.

**About you**
- Previous experience monitoring operational and contractual performance working with a multi-faceted project with various high-level stakeholders
- Experience analysing and interrogating complex data to assess performance.
- High level negotiation skills and ability to verify discrepancies successfully and confidently between parties in an amicable way with external stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of Government Public Private Partnerships (PPPs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - with ability to establish and develop working relationships with stakeholders
