**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand is currently seeking an individual with strong communication and an analytical mind-set to join our dynamic team as **Commercial Analyst**, based in Sydney. This role will be responsible for On-Premise, Specialists and Wholesalers in relation to:

- Tracking and analysis of performance by channel
- Providing support to State and Channel Managers with profitability analysis of the various channels and of key customers
- Communicating results effectively to Senior Sales Management on the drivers affecting each channel, financial performance and review of any significant variance to forecast
- Liaising with Sales Business Partners in reviewing forecast and actual sales results to understand and prepare reports outlining volume, customer investment and revenue trends
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of forecast and budget supported by rigorous sales plans based on quantitative data
- Compilation of risks and opportunities for senior management to consider and review
- Taking a leadership role in the suite of tools utilised by the Commercial teams, including but not limited to, Anaplan, Salesforce and Qlik Sense.
- Collaborating with the Regional & Global IT teams to ensure the tools are fit for purpose and advocate for new developments as required by the business

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience:

- minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar or highly analytical role, with strong commercial acumen
- excellent analytical and interpretive skills
- ability to establish and maintain strong productive working relationships
- effective communication and presentation skills and the confidence to challenge others
- ability to manage complexity, with the rationality to simplify
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- working knowledge of CRM, BI and reporting tool including Hyperion, Salesforce, Qlik Sense & Anaplan
