**Ford & Doonan Malaga is a well established Air Conditioning Solar business, proudly part of the Ford & Doonan group of companies approaching 40 years of business in WA.**
We are looking to fill a role as Receptionist.
**Overview of the responsibilities of the position.**
- Ongoing after-sales customer service & communication
- Sending thank you cards & overseeing client gifts.
- Greeting new and exisiting customers
- Management of our customer review portfollio and surveys
- Upselling activities.
- Future service technician bookings.
- Handling of complaints & warranty cases.
- Deepen brand loyalty.
**Requirements for this position.**
- Professional experience in customer service.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- Leadership qualities and good communication skills.
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and resilience.
- A strong passion for customer service and ensuring excellence.
- Oversee final client payments upon completion of works.

**Advantages**

- Air Conditioning knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
Work Location: In person
