We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist at our client’s site who specialise in the manufacturing of high-end, custom garage doors for luxury homes and commercial spaces.
Based in the north-east suburbs, this role will be the face of the business and responsible for all incoming and outgoing calls to the company with a high level of customer service.
**Other duties will include**:
- Effectively booking requests for quotes, & jobs into the Job Management System
- Accurate data entry
- Front Desk sales Processing payments via the EFTPOS terminal
- General office duties
**About you**:
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in a similar role as well as the following:
- Be well presented and posses a high level of verbal communication skills
- Previous Reception and/or administration experience (_Garage Industry preferred but not essential_).
- High standard of professionalism and phone manner
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- MS Office products including Excel
- Google Apps: Mail, Docs, Spreadsheets.
Your pay rate will be negotiable upon experience and range between $28-$30 per hour + super and your hours will be Mon-Fri; 9am - 5pm
