- About the role
- We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual to manage the rosters for up to 40 Disability Support Workers in the Newcastle region for our Lifestyles programme.
- Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

- Managing fortnightly rosters of up to 40 support workers and filling unplanned leave shifts
- Identifying and assessing support workers availability, capability and suitability to effectively match resources to business requirements and to maximise utilisation.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with managers in order to understand and respond to business resourcing requirements.
- Building sustainable relationships with support workers to increase engagement and utilisation and retention rates.
- Liaising with clients and their families as a main point of call for shift changes.
- Maintain accurate roster information within designated business systems
- Scheduling and billing of services provided
- About you:

- Experience managing rosters will be highly regarded
- People management experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent communication, the ability to work well in a team environment and independently and proactively
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing workloads
- Current NSW Driver's License
