Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC) is one of Australia’s most respected and innovative schools with over 2,100 students from our Early Learning Centre to Year 12. We currently have a vacancy for a professional Administration Assistant in our Kindle (Early Learning Centre) and Junior School (Prep to Year 6).

As the Kindle and Junior School Administration Assistant, you will:

- Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders including the Head of Junior School, education professionals, staff, prospective students, parents and visitors to the College
- Work collaboratively with Kindle Administrator and Personal Assistant to Head of Junior School, completing delegated tasks as required
- Cover Kindle reception
- Maintain student files and general filing as required
- Complete student statistical reporting
- Relate well to young people and provide friendly customer service to all
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- Effectively prioritise and manage tasks

The successful applicant will have strong administration skills and be able to work collaboratively at all times. Professional office management skills, including MS Office software, web page authoring and data base management skills are essential along with excellent customer service, high level accuracy in written communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
