Head of Corporate Access

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Manage the coordination and execution of logistics for Analyst and Corporate Marketing.
- Drive relationships with Investor Relations Officers and provide thought-leading insights and advice to corporates pertaining to global markets related issues.
- Partner with Corporate Access, Sales and Research to cocreate a detailed Global Corporate Marketing plan and pipeline for APAC product, as well as, global product plan and pipeline into APAC.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key corporate contacts through the coordination and execution process to increase RBCs brand loyalty.
- Partner with regional Corporate Access teams and trading globally to share knowledge, insights and identify opportunities to collaborate. Identify and actively connect events that have potential for shared purposes to maximize marketing pipelines.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working at a sell side public investment bank
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi task
- Exceptional analytical skills and strong understanding of PowerPoint, Excel and data management tools
- Strong knowledge of how to maneuver working with various constituents internally and externally (sales /trading/research/banking/corporate managements)
