This position is critical to the completion of different civil projects within the City. This is a "hands on" position that will see you through project development, procurement, execution, delivery, and close out. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality possible in accordance with the City's policies, procedures, industry best practices, and codes.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**:

- Experience in project and contract administration is required, as well as a degree, diploma, or trade certificate in civil design or construction.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the construction business, its legal framework, and the Australian Standards that govern contracts, risk management, and project management.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities are required.
