We are looking for skilled and talented professionals to join us in delivering Stage 3 of the IWFM Program, implementing the IWFM enterprise electronic rostering solution, Infor WFM (Workbrain), to predominantly nursing and midwifery across all Queensland HHSs. - Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change preferably in a ICT program/project(s) within a healthcare environment.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to operationalise solutions that meet project objectives.
- Proven ability to deliver change activities across a number of program deliverables unguided and alongside clinical and administrative leaders.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders within a healthcare environment.
- Proven experience in managing, supporting and mentoring change management teams
