Sales Management:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed jewelry sales goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear targets and expectations.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators, and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge and assistance.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control processes to ensure superior jewelry craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with suppliers and artisans to maintain and enhance product quality.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of jewelry products, promptly addressing any issues.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve quality discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.

Defect Identification:

- Identify and document any imperfections, flaws, or defects in jewelry items.
- Investigate the root causes of quality issues and work with production teams to address them.
- Suggest and implement improvements to prevent quality-related problems.

Inventory Management:

- Manage jewelry inventory, including ordering, stock replenishment, and allocation.
- Monitor inventory turnover, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Prioritize an exceptional customer experience, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing warranty issues professionally.
- Implement measures to enhance overall customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled sales and quality assurance team.
- Provide clear leadership, set performance expectations, and create a positive working environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members.

Product Expertise:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the jewelry products offered, including materials, craftsmanship, and design.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and innovative techniques in jewelry manufacturing, designing and merchandising.
- Monitoring, billing and issuing of old gold bars to supply chain. Old Gold yield and profitability monitoring.
- Jewellery exchange and checking exchange product authenticity.
- Utilise software like MS Dynamics AX, POS, RAMS, QLIK effectively.

**Job Types**: Contract, Permanent, Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
