Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Manager located in North Sydney, NSW. The Claims Manager will handle and manage insurance claims, requiring strong analytical and managerial skills. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and processing claims, evaluating information and documentation, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role also entails providing exceptional service to clients and maintaining records of all claims activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Relevant qualifications in Insurance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the insurance industry is preferred
