**About the Role**:
- They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team
Key Duties will include:
- Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including communication and timely resolution of vendor inquiries and issues
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or outstanding balances
- Prepare and process payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
- Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliation
- Analyse and identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes and procedures
- Provide support for internal and external audits as needed
