**What will you be doing?**

The Yard Manager will be responsible for the supervision of a team of 6 and managing the day-to-day yard operations and logistics activities.

**What are the benefits?**

**Duties of the role include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain all buildings and manage the readiness of all out-going buildings to ensure deadlines are met and quality checks and standards are met
- Supervising a team of 6-yard labourers and ensuring all activities are delegated and undertaken correctly
- Managing inbound activities, including cleaning and maintenance, inspection forms and other documents
- Run appropriate safety instructions, inductions, toolbox meetings, and training in order to ensure OH&S and QA
- General admin duties and leadership support
- A valid drivers licence is required, and a forklift licence is desirable
- Construction white card
- Experience in a leadership role across a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment
- Mon-Fri 7.00 am - 3.30 pm availability
