**About the Role**:
Our client is looking for a reliable Store Person / Branch Assistant with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities and a strong work ethic to seamlessly manage their Brisbane inwards/outwards goods operations in a timely and accurate manner.

Attention to detail, planning & organisation, trustworthiness and customer-focused communication are all essential skills to be successful in this role.

Assisting the Sales Manager in the branch, your responsibilities will be to manage incoming calls from customers, packing orders, creating invoices & arranging dispatch.

This is a full-time role, however, if you are also studying, there will be opportunities to work on assignments & upskill yourself during operational downtime.

**Duties**:

- Support the Sales Manager in processing sales.
- Capture invoices on Sage, ensuring correct products/quantities are invoiced
- Prioritising orders, pick, pack and prepare stock for shipment
- Arrange couriers & delivery of stock
- Managing stock in the branch, ensuring enough stock is received from NSW to fulfil orders in QLD.
- Answer customer calls in a professional manner. Take messages for the Sales Manager & assist with other ad hoc duties when required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience working within a warehouse & customer service is desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Computer literate and good data entry skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage critical deadlines
- Aptitude for working autonomously with trust and diligence
