We are looking for a **Service Coordinator **to join the Gas Measurement Department within our Australian operations. Endress+Hauser Australia is made up of 100 dedicated employees across the country, with our national office located in Artarmon, Sydney, and additional offices in other key locations.

As a **Service Coordinator, **you’ll work closely with our team of Service Engineers, customers, and various departments to ensure everything is running smoothly. Your role will be critical in ensuring our service operations are efficient and meet customer expectations, making you an essential part of our team.

**Which tasks will you perform?**
- Coordinate the team of Service Engineers for routine maintenance, commissioning, technical support, and breakdown callouts for the Gas Measurement department.
- Plan and schedule service jobs with customers and Service Engineers.
- Manage the coordination of service jobs, including ensuring the necessary personnel, tools, parts, and equipment are available for field service work.
- Order products from product centres or third parties as required and create purchase orders.
- Ensure all paperwork for executed service work is collected and processed correctly.
- Close out service orders once the job is completed and all relevant paperwork has been submitted.
- Handle service invoicing upon completion of jobs.
- Manage any issues that arise with scheduling, pricing, or invoicing, and resolve discrepancies or disputes.Enter purchase orders relating to Gas Measurement products

**What do we expect from you?**
- Have previous experience in a similar role within a Service or Sales department.
- Have experience working with dispatching or transportation logistics.
- Ideally, have knowledge of instrumentation and control, but it's not essential.
- Are highly organised with the ability to multi-task and stay on top of deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks to completion.
- Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.Are a team player who can collaborate effectively with others across departments.
