**Full Job Description**

**The Organisation**:
This fabulous financial planning group is made up of a vibrant team, with excellent culture and support towards all their employees. Based in Essendon North, this Company is looking for a bubbly, well spoken, detail - orientated and focused individual that will hit the ground running and willing to go that extra mile.

**The Role**

**The Senior Administration role will see you responsible for**:

- Liaising with external product providers suppliers as required (e.g. Super funds, insurers)
- General administration duties which include scanning, filing, data entry and updating the database
- Positively contribute to team discussions and demonstrate a collaborative and supportive attitude

**To be successful in the role you will**:

- Have prior Administration experience in the Financial Planning space
- Possess exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Stellar interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with key stakeholders, clients and staff
- Positive and bubbly personality and enjoys working within a team
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Has a driven attitude and a willingness to learn and to grow

**What’s on offer**:
A busy and dynamic but rewarding role based in Essendon North, with parking nearby and public transport at your doorstep. You’ll be apart of a fabulous administration team, offering Work/Life Balance. On offer is a salary of up to $60,000 to $70,000 + Superannuation, based on experience.
