Client Service Support Officer

In this exciting career opportunity you will be responsible for efficiently processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess meticulous attention to detail and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- What are my _accountabilities?_- Posting invoices and credit notes and ensuring they’re coded correctly in the system- Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations-
- Preparing and processing supplier payments and ensuring that a senior Finance Manager has signed all payments off- Supports team with smooth running of the office (e.g., managing stationary and kitchen supplies, office maintenance and upgrades etc.)- Assist with taking calls for absence, incident and injuries during core call time
- About you_:
- 1+ years in an Administration role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail. Accuracy is vital when verifying and reconciling invoices- Data entry proficiency. Efficiently handling expense reports and payment processing.- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software would be highly regarded- Strong organisational skills. Maintaining comprehensive documentation for audits and evaluations- Ability to work autonomously and take proactive steps
