**The Company**:
This team are a great events supplier in the industry and they are looking for an enthusiastic Lead Production Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This company creates stunning installations and show-stopping event designs for a wide variety of clients.

**Position Terms**:

- Full-Time Permanent Role working 5 days in the office located in the Inner-West Suburbs
- Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 plus super depending on experience
- Weekend and outside of hours work for events when required

**The Role**:
The Lead Production Manager will report to the Production Director. The Lead Production Manager role will work closely with high-end clients across Australia. This role will work closely with the production and creative departments to deliver various elements of the production of bespoke and major projects.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Provide expert technical input to Creative team on construction methods from both metal and wood approaches depending on the item/project
- Estimation & Costing of projects into the internal system
- Quality control and ensure all production meets Australian standards, minimising Company risk/exposure by adopting best practice techniques in all manufacturing approaches
- Maintain Production schedule for approved projects - Ensuring production projects run within budget, to timelines & agreed milestones
- Participate in meetings and be articulate in your communication of tasks and requests of information to find solutions
- Manage Production suppliers to deliver builds
- Working closely with the Warehouse and Logistics in regard to logistics around projects
- Working with the Production Director on Risk Assessments documents associated with products
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and quality within the Production Department.
- Highly organised with excellent planning plus financial and administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to operate highly autonomously when required, but also function as a team player, sharing information, and accepting input
- Leadership qualities - Confidence in leading, motivating and inspiring the crew and contractors throughout the various stages of projects
- A sound level of IT literacy
- A quick learner with a high attention to detail
- Current Driver’s License
- Flexible with regard to work hours during the install & dismantle season (October - January)
