**scouted.** has been engaged exclusively on assignment to recruit a Junior Development Manager for a Melbourne-based Commercial Funds Manager and fully integrated Property Group, Castlerock.

**The Role**:
Due to a reconfiguration and organic growth through successful acquisitions and divestments over the last 24 months, Castlerock is looking for a new member to join the high-performing Development team. You will be assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations for the successful delivery of Commercial Development Projects and working amongst a dedicated and supportive team You will be contributing to new project proposals, assisting with the town planning and detailed design phase, right through to the construction and building handover.
