**Job description**

CosTATT Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic person with great people skills to join their team as Clinic Receptionist for their Maroochydore Clinic. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Billing patients
- Operating the Client Relationship Management System
- Ordering stock
- Updating social media feeds
- Supporting clinicians and the business manager where required
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness

Selection will be based on the following criteria:

- Professional appearance and manner
- Customer relations skills
- Organisational skills
- Administrative skills

Essential Experience
- Previous work in reception/administration
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Client Relationship Manager software

Desirable Experience
- Previous work as beauty therapist

The successful applicant will be required to work approximately 24 hours every second week. Work hours would are a great fit for someone who needs to care for school-aged children.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Beauty Therapy: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 3 years (required)
