**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Working within the Strategy and Research unit, the Economic Research Analyst is responsible for undertaking robust research and analysis to identify economic, demographic, industry and workforce trends with implications for skill demand.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you will have high attention to detail and will be able to use exceptional critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for training and business growth from multifaceted research. You will have sound analytical skills to conduct in-depth economic and demographic research and data analysis and translate information relating to the changing economy and the implications for TAFE NSW. Exceptional written communication skills are essential to provide expert advice and recommendations, as well as an ability to present insights and findings in a user-friendly manner.
