Who We Are Looking For

Medical Assistance Coordinators with strong customer service skills. Previous experience working in Medical and or Security Assistance, Insurance, contact centre or customer service is essential.

Fluency in a second Asian or European language will be an asset. You will display flexibility and be able to adapt well to an ever-changing environment. You be required to work 38 hours per week, operational requirements may require flexibility in working hours and shift length. Working hours will be rostered across 7 days a week between the hours of 6am and 7pm and will include some weekends and Public Holidays.

What You Will Work On
- Managing all customer cases from start to finish professionally and in line with the correct procedures.
- Deploy effective questioning and listening to capture relevant case information.
- Capture and record all relevant information correctly.
- Ensuring calls are handled appropriately, with sensitivity and empathy, within policy and process.

Who You Will Work With

In this role, you will interact with your peers within our global team of medical and security assistance coordinators and coordinate medical cases with our global medical team. You will also interact with our network team to assist our clients in delivering medical assistance. You will report to the Head of Operations
- APAC.
