Our private sector client is seeking to fill
**Multiple Administration positions **with people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

**About the role**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events related to governance activities.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Assist in drafting and formatting official communications, including letters, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and organised records related to governance projects, reports, and initiatives.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations using MS Office.
- Support compliance efforts by tracking relevant regulatory changes and ensuring the organisation's adherence to governance standards.
- Conduct research on governance best practices, trends, and emerging issues as directed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and effective team communication.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required, showing a willingness to learn and contribute.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
- A strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and integrity.
