As our Clinic Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every visitor's experience. Your warmth and genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness will shine as you assist clients and support our practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients with a smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointments and scheduling with efficiency and precision
- Oversee administrative tasks and maintain organised records
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations
- Take initiative and proactively identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in office management or administration preferred
- Passion for holistic health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Fast learner
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Hours include Monday 1:30-7pm and Tuesday 7:30-12

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week
