What your day will look like:

• You will be the first point of contact for patients and provide them with exceptional customer service.
• You will book medical exams and appointments for patients, providing further information when required.
• You will work across multiple sites within the area as required
• You will manage patient records and update relevant information as needed.
• You will manage Medicare billing and banking with the assistance of the team.
