You will love this role if you thrive on solving problems and helping others. You will be a part of a dynamic team, supporting students to successfully carry out tasks and understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating?an innovative?and exciting educational environment.

To be considered for you role, you will have:
- Certificate III (or above) in Business or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant discipline
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and to provide quality customer service
- Commitment and ability to support learning in an adult environment
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the discipline
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies like Microsoft Word and Excel and online meeting platforms like MS Teams
