Includes a minimum of one late shift per week and a Saturday each four weeks

Brimbank Libraries is a dynamic public library service in Melbourne’s western suburbs delivering a range of services and programs to the community to support lifelong learning, literacy and community development.

Libraries are based at Deer Park, Keilor, St Albans, Sunshine and Sydenham.

Our staff team provides customer service, resources and programs aimed at meeting the needs and interests for all in the community.

**About the job**

Some of your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Work as part of a branch team in delivering face to face customer service across our five libraries
- Building positive relationships with a large team of staff and the community
- Participate in the delivery of library programs including storytimes, book clubs and after school activities
- Assisting customers on a daily basis to use a range of technology in the libraries and seek to build digital literacy skills in the community
