**About the role**
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experience Administrator to provide assistance to both the WAMA and LHD programs. This position is located on Garden Island and reports into our Executive Assistant based in Henderson.
**About you**
We are looking for an individual that is a motivated self-starter, with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of responsibilities to keep our offices running smoothly. This position requires strong initiative, proactivity and the ability to deconflict when required.
You will have prior experience in a similar position and possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written. You must also demonstrate strong systems experience and work well as part of a very busy and much relied on, team
complex maritime projects with best practice outcomes. You will have exceptional interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills to navigate communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful, you will have the ability to maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Ordering stationery, staff uniforms, from blackwoods for warehouse staff, HSE staff and production;
- Organising training for employees i.e., white cards, first aid etc;
- Maintaining IT register;
- Raising and managing POs for staff when requested and managing invoices;
- Managing ACSSPO onboarding, inductions and offboarding;
- Organising/assisting in Town Hall events;
- Setting up offices/meeting rooms;
- Managing Onboarding for KPMG and Navantia employees and other contractors;
- Organising access to certain Buildings for employees/contractors;
- Assisting Lead team;
- Organising couriers; and
- Organising lunches and social work events.
