**Description**

**You will**:

- Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholder.
- Work across multiple platforms simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
- Work collaboratively with national Specialist Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience

- An understanding of defence / defence industry
- A client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude
- Experience using data to help influence diverse communities in joining defence
- Experience effectively hiring, nurturing and selecting indigenous talent
- Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
- **An active AGSVA Security Clearance will be highly desired**
