- Location: Brisbane, QLD
- Contract Duration: Up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on business requirements.
- Hourly Rate: (APS5 Equivalent) $55+ per hour + super, no holiday or sick leave is accrued.

**Role Summary**

As a valued member of the procurement team, you will play a critical role in organizing your workflow, making independent decisions, and providing policy advice within your area of specialization. Under limited supervision, you will be accountable for conducting moderately complex to complex research, analysis, and advisory work. This role requires compliance with legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and precedents to deliver expert procurement advice.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Procurement team, ensuring the management of confidential and sensitive information.
- Offer procurement advice and support to the broader agency, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
- Assist with compliance tracking, ensuring value-for-money outcomes, and preparing comprehensive reports against KPIs.
- Prepare a range of procurement-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines.
- Enter, extract, and manipulate data to facilitate accurate agency reporting.
- Contribute to team and branch planning activities, actively identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.

**Key Skills Required**
- ** Australian citizenship** is mandatory.
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous procurement experience, preferably within a government environment.
- Exposure to compliance reporting is highly desirable.
- Experience working with people with disability is desirable
- Previous experience using HR/Finance business system is desirable
